The vision of DigitalXnode Virtual HR service is to offer quick lift to partner team activities through trained add-on team members with following Accountabilities:
- Hire 3 to 5 talent acquisition team members on Monthly rent. Minimum Commitment would be 2 months. No Add-On cost till 4 recruitments across any salary band
- Team will be accountable for Job Promotion, Profile Identifications, Filtrations, Coordination, Interview Scheduling, Interview Process Execution & Helping company in Salary negotiation
- Team will be responsible for Portal Job Posting, LinkedIn Promotions, Digital Promotions and Cross Selling Company Brand and Benefits
- No Capex, Opex, Compliance cost to offer work environment to Virtual HR and will be on Payroll of DigitalXnode
The conclusive purpose of Virtual HR is to be productive, revenue positive, and result assertive while reducing cost and probability of revenue loss.
- Immediate push to achieve the target through add-on trained team.

- Can conclude the identification of the right profile through a dedicated interview panel.
